Next home - they don’t honour warranties

If you did have it from Next I don't rate your chances with them. A friend ordered a sofa from them in September never got it. But at least they refunded her money. No explanation why she didn't get what she paid for . Can recommend a good mattress made by Highgrove it's called Florence (old name Onyx) Bishops beds excellent company and cheapest for these mattresses. I have a king size on my bed and double on spare bed

Betty your last post did it mean you had the bed from Next as it doesn't make sense when I read it.

I bought a super king size bed with an 8 year warranty. 5 years after purchase my mattress had a lump down the middle. They sent out someone who said it was settlement and that they would do nothing. I am now left with an uncomfortable mattress which I have to pay to replace. Any ideas of where to go with this. I have written a bad review on trustpilot so far.
