What are different kind of showers one could buy in 2021 in considering the health benefits?

I live in Florida, US. I have heard that there are certain type of showers available in the market that have health benefits. "
I was reading one article that says that there is hard water in many states of the USA, do we have any sort of solution available to convert the water water to soft?
