whitening agent for white leather clothes

Good day!
need your advice. I have a white leather dress and blue stripes appeared on it, I put it on once, and then I just lay in the closet. I don’t understand where these blue stripes came from. maybe you know some kind of tool that can be cleaned? Tried Vanish bleach, a building rag to remove paint, and nothing worked.

I always soak with Vanish (underwear or socks), it helps.

Lemon juice worked on the arms of a sofa I had, worth a try or a leather cleaner.

I cleaned my GDs leather trainers with bicarbonate of soda on a damp cloth and it worked a treat.

Soak whites in Napisan. Especially socks and shirts.

I second the use of Napisan. Brilliant for whitening net curtains too.
Does anyone have any tips for keeping white suede trainers clean?
