FIT Payments - Change of Supplier.

Have been with N Power, which has now changed to EON Next.
We have a new energy supplier, but stayed with EON for solar panel payments. Should have had first payment through them in March, but N Power said there were delays, and they paid us for that quarter.
Our next payment is due now just realised have had no updates from EON about change of supplier.

Anyone else finding this? Can’t seem to find their e Mail address either, anyone know that please?

I get my solar panel payments from EDF although I am no longer with them for electricity having switched supplier a few years ago. They usually send me an email at the start of the final third month to send my readings in before the end of that month or payment will be delayed, possibly until the next quarter. So today EDF sent me an email to send my reading in for April/May/June by the end of the month. I will then receive payment early in July.

Yours may not be the same but thought it would be helpful for you to know what another company does.

Thank you 25Avalon

That is how N Power did it, and have to say they were excellent.

A quick update, I found an e Mail address, (EON),sent them one, and they have responded quickly.

Will see if it works out!

Good luck! With the sun we are now having should be a good payout at the end of this quarter. I won’t be submitting my reading until last week of June.

I would like solar panels, but having heard so many stories, am worried as to how to go about it. Where should I start?

We have had our solar panels since 2015, wish we had done it sooner, we bought them outright and the money we are making is far superior to any bank or building society interest.

I don’t think the feed in tariffs are still available to new owners though, not sure on that, but certainly not as good as they once were.

Hope this helps Shandy.
