As it is a second bathroom and you already have a shower in the en-suite I would go for a bath with shower personally.
Gives a choice for you , guests of any age and any future owners of the property.

We fitted a new bathroom when we moved here 7 years ago ( I was 68)
We both recognised that there might come a time when a bath would be unsuitable. We are both still very fit and healthy but you never know. So it was a walk in shower.

We are moving in the next few weeks and have decided to keep one bathroom with a bath and turn the other into a shower room. I do enjoy a warm bath every now and then. Hadn’t thought it would be easier for bathing our toddler grandchildren which will be an added bonus. The teenagers now prefer the shower cubicle.

My bath was removed 10+ years ago and I have a fabulous shower. Possibly my house would be difficult to sell to a family as it does not have a bath but at present I am looking after number 1 and it is a shower for me.

When my house is on the market I will be either dead or ga-ga so it will not worry me.

I like having a bubble bath soak sometimes, as well as giving my feet a good pampering! Given the choice I'd have one.

My guest bathroom has a shower , if you don’t use a bath just fit a shower , leaves more space

We’re creating a new, small bathroom. Our debate is wether to have a shower over a bath or shower only. My only reason to consider a bath is if we were to have grandchildren ( which as it stands is not very probable) . Neither of us bath and we’re on a water meter. We already have an en-suite so this would essentially be our guest bathroom for visitors. Wondering if anyone has had a similar dilemma, what did you decide and maybe regret. I’m for a shower only but OH wants a shower over a bath.
