I received notification from Plusnet increasing my payments by 10%. I looked around and was going to change to Vodafone but I thought I’d just ring Plusnet to see if they would reduce the payment.

Plusnet’s customer service is very accessible. I spoke to a lovely man who asked me why I was leaving and who I’d be going to. After I’d explained, Plusnet reduced my payments to the Vodafone price in all but a few pence. I was well pleased with the customer service and the outcome.

If you fancy doing the same, I suggest doing some research and finding a new supplier before you talk to your current one. It worked for me so I’m a very happy ??

I did just that in September ayse with Plusnet. We’ve been with them 7 years. Great outfit, happy to price match and their customer service is based in the UK. Our internet never goes down either (unlike some I could mention!). I spoke with a lovely lass, who was working from home, in Leeds.

Worth doing with car and home and contents also. My car insurance was reduced even cheaper than the new one I quoted to them, and the H&C also.

I’ve never had a problem with the net either unlike DD whose line drops out quite frequently and their customer service is awful. I’ve been with them on and off for years and always had excellent service whatever the problem.
