Congratulations Octopus - well organised yet again

I have just been online. There is a message on the Octopus site saying they don't need the reading until Saturday as they are not changing their energy costs until midnight on Saturday.

Octopus are great, imo. We’ve been with them for several years now. Excellent customer service every time. This is an example.

We were moved to British Gas after our supplier PfP went bust. I wish, oh how I wish it was Octopus! Terrible website/app, really difficult to contact and still no bill after 6 months.

I also have been with Octopus for years now. None of this nonsense "we will be in contact in 10 working days".
