My memory foam cushion just arrived and I'm sitting on it It is thinner at the front than the back so I presume tilting forward is good for the health I will give it a good trial.

I have a very study refurbished Herman Miller with lumbar support from 'officeresale'. It does have arms (perhaps could be removed) but what I really love is the way the seat angle can be adjusted. I like the seat front lower than the back so it's tipped forward a little

Ikea have a range of office type chairs reasonably priced some with no arms. I have a John Lewis one that has arms but the arms can be raised so you can have it with or without the arms.

Thanks. I should have been clearer that what I want is a swivel chair that is small but soft. I have however just bought a memory foam cushion. Sometimes a simple option suffices.

I got one from Wayfair, but it’s nowhere near as stable as the bigger armed chair I had. Only changed it as I needed a smaller one to tuck under the desk.

Can anyone advise me whether it's possible to buy an office swivel chair that is also small and without arms?
