Freshly ground coffee, I put it in a tied up muslin ball or something similar, so it doesn’t get everywhere. Then when you take it out, buy some of those moisture wicking sachets (you know the ones that come with shoes) and pop some in all your bags you don’t use regularly.

Moved house at the end of 2021, and finally opened the case with my handbags in today (no, I don't exactly live the life of our Dear Queen!). After being in a cold garage all this time, they smell very musty, yet show no signs of grey mould or similar. Any ideas, please, to remove the smell, as I may, just may want to use them in the future and wouldn't want to at present.
