My daughter and son have just sent me this as an early birthday present, I’d not asked for it so was delighted to open the parcel.
I’ve looked at getting a heated throw for this winter but had thought that it would restrict me too much as I like to crochet when I sit down so need my arms free. My daughter thought that this might suit better and when I tried it today, she is right! I can move my arms freely so my crochet hooks are not tangled up and there is still room on my lap for the current project. I am a large person, size 24, and it’s still very roomy which was a relief!
It was far too hot today at even the lowest heat, despite the heavy rain, wind and thunder outside, that I might be using it without plugging it in! I am aware of how much it is so I doubt I would have saved any money if I’d paid for it but as a present, it is ideal.
