There’s already a queue forming today to access energy accounts. I did mine last night as I’m away from home today. My friend waited in a queue this morning for 15 mins before she was able to access her account. It’s likely to be worse tomorrow.

Jax we just received a text on our village FB saying just that. You do not need to phone anyone if you are on a smart meter.

I give mine monthly on request so gave them on 23rd sept. do I need to give them again before 1st oct. confused.. with british gas for dual fuel and can get straight on the account no waiting.
