Cleaning the inside of a tall window

These days, aged 80 and bearing in mind the state of the NHS, I can't bring myself to climb onto my kitchen worktop any more to clean the inside of the window. Another window in the kitchen is impossible for me to reach because the sink and draining board are in the way.

Can anyone recommend a reasonably easy way to clean them?

Get a window cleaner to come in and do it, or anyone else, just don’t do it yourself please.

A cleaning device with a long or telescopic handle.

I use one of those floor mops with the microfibre fluffy cleaning cover to reach high surfaces. I use them dry to de-cobweb ceilings and high walls too. Can't remember what they're called but there are loads of different ones. I bought quite a narrow, light one.
