Lakeland digital ice cream maker

I have seen an advert for this reduced from 50 GBP to 30 GBP. ( Sorry no pound sign on my keyboard!) I am tempted. Does anyone have one and if so is it easy to use and is the ice cream delicious? TIA.

Have not used thisone. But it is only rather small (one litre) AND it is one of those machine which require you having frozen the bowl in the freezer before using. This does become a nusance and depends on the space in the freezer. If you really want a home ice cream maker you need to spend the exta and purchase a machine whic freezes as it makes.

I was tempted a couple of years ago but it went to the charity shop this year. I found it a bit of a faff and realised we don’t eat that much ice cream anyway. Couldn’t justify occupying cupboard space when clutter clearing either!
