I just put the words 'metal security fencing contractors ' and my nearest town name in google and got a list of contractors. I then tried changing town names to ones elsewhere in the ocuntry where friends and family live and the same again.

Where have you been looking for contractors, or what search terms have you been using?

I use this service to find local businesses near me.
I recently hired a fencer myself last week through Bark.
It’s brilliant.
Obviously you want something more specific, but it’s worth a try

It depends what type of security fencing you want.

If I wanted secure fencing I would use the same concrete posts used for wooden panels and use concrete panels to infill, to 6ft, any jobbing builder could do that.

Maybe it’s a wire mesh fence you have in mind which could be 10 ft high, it depends how secure you want it to be, the most secure is steel palling fencing there will be specialist security companies to erect that.

Hello, newbie to gransnet, really looking forward to participating!
Does anyone know a good fence company? We're in S London and need some security fencing erected outside but for the life of me can't find anyone in the area or a nearby County (from the latter willing to travel this way), who does anything other than wooden fences.
Many tks in advance
