New pans

I would like to buy some new pans. I'm quite an adventurous cook and I'm willing to pay a reasonably large amount for real quality. I would like them to be decently non-stick but free of forever chemicals - so I'm thinking of non-stick ceramic or possibly those hex-clad ones that Facebook keeps dragging in front of me. Anyone got any recent purchases that tick my boxes and actually work? I will need saucepans, frying pans, wok and saute - with lids.

I recently bought a new granite frying pan from pro cook. Absolutely non stick. My wok and all my saucepans are stainless steel, I decided that those didn't need to be nonstick. I didn't need a lid for my frying pan as I already have a multi fit lid.

I bought a set of new granite frying pan last week from pro cook also minimoon because I am really satisfied with the ‘test’ one I bought last year. I didn’t buy the sauce pans though because I am still happy with the triplinox bought 33 years ago.

What do you do with the old tefal ones that are in good condition?
