I posted on GN before Christmas, showing a beautiful Laura Ashley slow cooker that I wanted. Hubby secretly bought it as a Christmas present for me. I have yet to use it, but will let you know how good/bad it is when I do. I've gone for aesthetics this time around, which may not be sensible, but if it doesn't work out, I can always sit it on the kitchen side and just gaze at it 🤣🤣🤣

It is very pretty. Hope it works well too. I'm sure it will!

Fairycakes may I suggest you buy disposable liners to make life even easier? It is attractive.

Charleygirl, that's a great idea. It would help protect the cooker from spoiling too 🤔

Fairycakes there is no reason to assume that it won't work just as well as any other slow cooker - most of them are made in Asia anyway. Mine is and it has been working fine for over five years now. But mine isn't as pretty as yours 😄 It looks lovely. Enjoy using it.

It is such a pretty slow cooker. I didn't realise you could get them like that. What a lovely gift.
Mine is still going after 35 years
