Really soft recliner

I’m fed up with browsing hard recliner chairs. Although, having said that, I find most modern furniture hard.

I’m looking for a squidgy soft recliner, that feels like a cloud. Manual preferably. And high backed enough to support my head. Fabric not leather.

Is it me, or does everyone else prefer sitting on a brick. I found the same with mattresses, although I have that covered now. Google soft mattresses, and you’ll get medium and firm.

Just me?

Have you thought of googling "recliner chair Long Eaton"?
Long Eaton is (pretty much) the centre of manufacturing for chairs/sofas/beds. There are dozens of companies based there.
You may find smaller manufacturers there who you can then call or email.

I expect the reason they are firm rather than snuggly is because they have to encourage you to be in the "right" position for getting up.

Good luck.

We have GPlan Mistral sofas. We are finding them very hard and no give in them. We wish we hadn’t ordered them but stuck with them now. They are electric recliners and three years old., very hard.

My son in America has a very squishy leather sofa with footrests that come up. It doesn't lift you out of the seat though....
