Well done!! You should be very proud of your achievements and I hope you have many happy years in your lovely home.

I find diversion and occupation to be an immense help in overcoming the 'greyness' of mental health problems; it seems like you've had both by the bucket load since October.

A gift for your new homeflowers

Good Morning Everyone

Just wanted to share something with someone.

After a long divorce I purchased my own property in October & have been busily updating/renovating it whilst working full time ever since. Iโ€™m so happy to say Iโ€™m having the last couple of carpets fitted today & can now take my foot off the gas lol. At 52 Iโ€™ve discovered DIY skills I never thought I had & I cannot believe how proud of myself I am (hence the share). With mental health issues I do find it hard to give myself any credit, but I am really going to try to soak this all up & digest just what Iโ€™ve achieved. Sorry if this post is a little different but I feel like shouting from the rooftops lol x
