Descaling toilet

I had heavily limescaled loos in a flat .
They hadn't been flushed for weeks .
I tried every product without success .
Eventually I took the water out of the loos and left vinegar in overnight .
The scales came off the next day .

Steradent tablet left overnight works for me

Harpic Limescale remover....in blue bottle.

moved in a place that had thick grey limescal. overnight soak with above and clear in the morning.

I used a pumice stone to get the thick limescale off a toilet in a house I moved into, it worked a treat, the toilet looked brand new when I'd finished.

Harpic extra strength

A whole bottle of lemon juice squirted around the rim, and leave it unused for as long as possible. This works well for me.

Bicarb followed by white vinegar. Makes a good volcano too! Domestos thick white bleach as a boughten product works quite well.
