Window cleaning device

My bedroom window is above the conservatory so the window cleaner can’t reach it. Can anyone recommend a device which I can use inside my bedroom to clean the outside of the window? Thanks.

Does he not use a water-fed pole system? They have quite a reach. Can he not climb on the roof of the conservatory or is it not flat? When I used to clean my own windows I used to sit on the window sill and reach out but always felt in danger of falling if I reached too far.

My daughter bought a robot- I didn't ask how much she paid but no window cleaner would do her windows!

The conservatory is one of those Victorian style ones with a pointy roof. Our window cleaner would need quite a complicated device to reach the window.

This is a big house with six flats, one flat is high up under the eaves so the second floor I suppose. We have a window cleaner whose water squirty thing can reach to those windows.

I've just Googled 'cleaning windows above conservatory' and there are loads of forums, info and videos on You Tube!

My fish tank is cleaned with a strong magnetic thingy, so that it does the inside when I move the outside part.

I'm sure there must be a window version of it.

I'll have a look.

Our window cleaner uses a very long pole - I can’t imagine a window he couldn’t reach.

Thats on wowcher, in case you got fed up with reading that long link!

I can't reccomend it, as I've not tried it, but it's reasonably priced.

The robots seem to be around £300, or there are various extending poles and things on Amazon.

They don't get good reviews really though, the extending ones.

You may as well buy your window cleaner an extending pole, I guess. smile
