How did you find out she was a working girl? Did she tell you when she left? If she just had single discreet clients at intervals it would be difficult to prove that they were not friends.

Most leases forbid running a business "from" or "at" the rental unit but there are ways around this depending upon the nature of the business.

Prostitution isn’t against the law in the UK but more than one woman working from the same property constitutes a brothel and that is illegal.

There is no law that prevents a single person inviting clients to their property but they may be breaking a bylaw that prevents commercial activity in that property. 6.50am probably wasn’t a client.

If they or their clients cause a nuisance, action can be taken against them.

Get a ring type doorbell. Or one of those wifi cameras to place in a strategic place like an overlooking window. £50 ish on Amazon. Mine last about 3 weeks on one charge.

Perhaps you could keep a 'diary' for a few weeks? Make notes of how many people are coming and going, what times of day etc.?

It might help the police if you choose to go to them?
