I have been using the Phox water filters for a number of years and can highly recommend them

Thanks Dippynan. The only negative I've seen about it is that it can be fiddly to fill the cartridge. I've got arthritis in my fingers which makes just about everything fiddly, so I'm just concerned that I'm going to have difficulty with it.

Do you have the tall one or the one that fits in the fridge?

I bought a water filter jug from Tesco when they were on offer. I bought it because we have a lot of lime in the water here and the kettle filter wasn't good. I figured if I filtered the water first it would help.
When the filter that came with the jug expired I couldn't find the filters on sale separately- so bought a kettle in the end!
