Sheltered accommodation

As my needs have changed I am hoping to get into a sheltered home scheme. I have applied to as many housing associations as I can find both near and far. I don't mind which area I live in as long as the property is nice with good facilities, etc.
Does anyone know of places I may apply to that may be private or not linked to a council?
I would be grateful for any suggestions
