Hallmark help please

Thank you that is helpful. So that gets me I think to the makers and in the period 1900 to 1925 now I don’t know what the final mark is the one that looks like an h with a mark above it.

Perhaps a local jewellers may be able to help?

If you take a screen shot of the pic you have posted here ( I just did) then use google images there are a lot of images very similar/ the same as yours.

The last letter looks like a lower case k.

I believe the last mark is a k which, next to the lion passant and both having a scalloped lower edge, would mean it was made in London in 1925.

I would agree with Flump. Thomas Ollivant registered his mark in 1789 and J.W. Botsford joined him in 1855. The only date letter k in that style earlier than 1925 is 1865. If it’s as early as that, lock it up somewhere😁!

If you live anywhere near an assay office you could ask them to have a look at it.
