Roman blind question.

We've roman blinds the full length of the back of our home. They're wide, long, and heavy. Occasionally a pulley fails. I know how to sort, however I live here and well understand these problems.

Perhaps just advise the home owner, they will understand!

Well you have two choices leave it down and keep quiet or own up, it was not your fault after all. I wouldn’t try and fix it myself.
