Recommendations for polishing unsealed mahogany floor

I have an unsealed mahogany floor which I have rather neglected over the years and am struggling to find a suitable polish. I used to use a hoover floor polisher, which I still have, using a liquid non slip floor polish from John Lewis. They ceased to do it years ago, hence the neglect.

Most floor polishes say not to use on unfinished wood. Can anyone recommend a liquid floor polish which I can use with my floor polisher, preferably non slip.

I had good results using Tableau Liquid Wax Floor Polish, bought from Amazon, on my unsealed parquet. The bottle warns it’s not non slip but we didn’t find it slippery. Like you I’d been on the hunt for a good product for unsealed wood.

Thank you Treebee. I've come across Tableau liquid wax in my search and, like all the other similar products, was put off by it saying it was non slip. But if you say it caused you no problems, I think I will give it a go.
