Thanks all.
I went other shops today but one couldn’t get onto their connection to enquire about a Neff.
However, since I returned I did notice a good write upon the make you have Poppyred. Tomorrow I will phone the shop to see what the chap says

My friend had top range of neff built in Fridge . It started leaking after 5yrs so the whole thing had had to come out to put in a new cabinet to house the new. I don’t rate Neff to be honest
Our combination oven/ microwave takes ages to warm up liquids.

We’ve had our built in Liebherr fridge freezer since 2012 and still going strong. 🤞

For some unknown reason, all my white goods have lasted for a minimum of 15 years.
My last fridge lasted 20 years.. I got rid of it, only because I moved house , and the new house had a built in fridge-freezer.
I have just replaced my dishwasher , which was 15 years old.
Lucky in white goods, unlucky in love 😂

Everyone I know who’s had a built in fridge freezer has had to replace after only a few years. I personally think you are better with a stand alone FF.

I've just had mine replaced after 8 years, which I thought should have lasted longer. Luckily it was under an extended warranty. It was a Neff, and I have replaced it with another of the same make. Appliances don't seem to be made to last any more.

I have been unlucky now having had two built in fridge freezers only lasting between 4-5 years.
For this reason can any one recommend one preferably that they have had for a reasonable time? Thsnks
