We have Dunelm teddy bear bedding, absolute game changer.
Lightweight with not striking cold as you get into bed. We have the duck egg blue but the red is very seasonal. www.dunelm.com/product/teddy-qcover-set-dbl-blush-1000170318?defaultSkuId=30906595&beddingSize=Kingsize&colour=Teddy+Duck+Egg

I second this - the teddy bear duvet covers are the greatest idea ever for when it's really cold. So soft and warm - and they dry quickly as well 🙂

Why?

I love my teddy bedding! So cosy. I've just bought another set for this winter too. Mine are also zip-up covers, so easy to fit - I don't know why all duvet covers don't have zips. The fitted sheets are great too.

I think Asda Living do them as well.

Scots of Stow, Damart and Dunelm.
I’d love them for Winter but DP hates them and likes normal cotton ones.☹️

I was going to suggest M & S, but see another poster has. The ones I bought wash well and are very warm and cosy. Not especially cheap, but they don’t shrink and they are fairly level when you fold the edges for ironing and putting away. (I find some sheets are not level at all, so difficult to fold evenly). I bought the pillow slips, too, and they add to the cosiness.

"Chums" sell them.

Brushed cotton. I use M&S flat sheets as the fitted ones don’t fit my deep divan mattress. When the weather turns colder I pair the flat sheets with a Dorma brushed cotton duvet cover - so snug and cosy.

Another would be "Zara Home".

Their sheets and bed linens are exceptional in quality, wash well and have a large range of seasonal colors ..

Perhaps Amazon.uk would be useful for this type of bed linens.

I buy them from Dunelm. They wash and wear very well. I buy them from Dunelm deepest size of fitted sheets as we have a deep mattress.

PattyFingers Wed 29-Oct-25 14:19:59

We found that buying the next sheet size up from the one you want means that you don't have to struggle to fit your fitted sheets!

Lc0902 Wed 29-Oct-25 13:59:36

I’ve just had some nice warm sheets (M&S online) brushed cotton which were reduced I only paid £34 for king size fitted sheet one flat sheet and two pillowcases Love them

kjmpde the question isn't a problem.
Crossstichfan mistakenly suggested that the question is on the wrong forum. In fact the House and Home forum is the correct forum for such a question.

Dunelm or Dusk !

kjmpde Wed 29-Oct-25 13:51:46

I see no reason why the question should be asked - it is not rude or offensive . So why is the question a problem ?

Have a look at Cozee Home on the QVC website. They have several warm flat sheets.
I have a lovely warm duvet set from them, mine is fleece and it's so luxurious.

JamesandJon33 Tue 28-Oct-25 05:32:51

Dunelm. I bought brushed cotton pillow cases, sheets and du vet covers. Lovely .

cornergran Tue 28-Oct-25 05:18:26

If there’s an accessible store try Dunelm. They have samples of each sheet type you can feel, always a help. We have their brushed cotton duvet sets and find them cozy without being heavy.

Whys it in the wrong place ?
Dunelm or Damart

NotSpaghetti Mon 27-Oct-25 23:35:17

Dunelm does many colours of flat brushed cotton sheets.
I'd start there.

Personally I'd measure an old one that's the right size first (in case they are intended as top sheets).

Crossstitchfan

I don’t think this is the right place for this question!

Whyever not, Crossstitchfan? Where else should it be if not House & Home?

Busybee, have you tried John Lewis or Scotts of Stow? Or have a lok on ebay ...

Crossstitchfan Mon 27-Oct-25 23:25:36

However, you could try Damart, but as you are clearly online, why not just search for ‘flannelette sheets’? That brings up loads of options.
