We have installed two different ones for DH to keep clean after using them, as his stroke has left him one handed and he cannot (yet) walk. Anyone else got one? Seems to freak out visiting friends!

If it freaks visiting friends then it is their problem. They have been installed to assist your Husband and quite rightly so. Who needs friends like this!

It just makes us grin when friends (or carers) ask to use the loo, we warn them, but there is still a startled shriek when the light goes on and the lid rises as soon as they open the door!
I can't be the only G'netter with one installed?
