Is it worth the bother to repair my 10 year old Henry vacuum cleaner?

No.

Am I the only one who hates the Henry? 😁 They are so heavy! In this house my OH refuses to give up uses his trusted Henry and I use my Shark.

I have rung the helpline in the past and they have always been very helpful and prompt to answer.

I would attempt a self-repair but after 10 years maybe Henry is wanting to retire?

Just summoned up the energy to do the hoovering but my wonderful Henry refuses to start. I’ve checked the plug, the fuse and tried different sockets, so it must be something more complicated. Maybe I’ve overworked him, though I very much doubt it!
Has anyone else tried to repair a Henry and was it successful?
