Employment Tribunal Decision

I have just submitted an appeal to the tribunal and a colleague with some legal knowledge got me some old cases to look at so I assume they are listed somewhere?

Employment Tribunal proceedings are private proceedings between the parties concerned. An Employment Tribunal is a Civil Court and just as in normal Civil Proceedings, the court is closed to the public.
