Bill Errors

I thought I would bring this to the attention of Gransnetters.
I have spotted errors with my bills the main ones being items appearing on my credit card bill for goods / services which I have never ordered / had.

The biggest error was my widows pension from my wife's employers.
If I has not spotted it I could have been underpaid by over £3,000 per year.
If I live to the same age as my father this could have gone on for 30 years.
