Spending review today.

There are a few things I am hoping for:

£100 tax on a packet of cigarettes.
£100 tax on a bottle of whisky and other liqueurs.
£1,000 tax per year for all cars over 1800cc.
All state pensions to be paid in accordance with the number of years worked.
Higher state pensions for people who worked over 30 years.
More benefits for people who were 40% taxpayers in their working life.
