If she rode a motorbike, I bet it would be MAJ 1. But would she be allowed to wear just one of her Hermes headscarves (as she does when riding) instead of a crash helmet?

The only car (I don't know about motorbikes) that may - and does - legally drive on the public highways without a number plate is one owned by the Queen. Maybe she isn't insured or licensed.

You do sound as though you live in a rather rough area if all these things are going on around you ?

I am amazed at the situations you find to complain about, Frank . A motorbike without number plates in a park (so not public highway). You say the police stopped their car, but do not say whether they stopped the motorbike.
A piece of burning paper nearly landed on your garden .
Someone in a pub had a go at you about that house business.
You get spam phone calls about PPi /personal injury/payday loans.
Some gym classes are women-only.
Oh and you heard fireworks round about Eid.
Your dog barks in the night (not blaming Andie, dogs usually do bark)
but really - is it worth getting so het up about so little?

How many motorcyclists were there, Frank?

Do public parks require number plates? Why shouldn't the police stop their (whose?) car?

So many questions.....confused

Just saw a motorbike go across the road in to a public park without any number plates on it and the police stopped their car.

I just hope these motorcyclists get arrested and they get 50 years in jail as they are likely to be uninsured and unlicensed.
