My 2 year old grandson is in foster care ,although I have 4 children ranging from 27 to 10 never ever been involved with s/s ,police ,no school issues etc,I have been portrayed by maternal family as this and that etc lies yes social services care no.
Anyway he was taken away from his mother in sept 2013,and placed with FC,S/S are supporting maternal grand mother as a long term career, which although am very angry set there attitude towards me was happy to support her as I knew it was best gir grandson,
I've had contact now every week since sept with dad and grandad at contact ,
Kept being told as they were only waiting for an updated assesment should be all sorted by January,as waiting for a date for bister panel
We do not get asked to meetings or case conferences or care plans and not even sent the minutes,
Up untill today still trying to say just waiting for panel date,
Rang again they asked what I wanted ,Er well to see what's going on!!!
Suddenly told maternal gran has applied for SGO AND ITS IN COURT ON FRIDAY,
I asked them why I and my son are only hearing this now son has PR,
They said they on,y knew yesterday via snow email requesting the SW TO ATTEND COURT ON FRIDAY,

This just does sound right to me many are they skl bring Si secretive
I would have no objections with this as long as contact with paternal family is built in to the order,
I ve,idc they are trying yo keep us in the dark and freeze us out,
Can this order be done with no input from us,

Sorry to hear about your dilemma. You must seek advice, perhaps from CAB.

When you make contact with SS always do it through email so that you have proof of what was stated.

That's about all the help I can give, hopefully someone here will be able to help you further.

Best wishes
