Of course if you are currently an undercover spy for some national agency, or even what I believe is called a"sleeper" then of course we cannot expect you to divulge such information, national security, official secrets act etc, but I'm starting to get a bit irritated by this!

My friend used to say that you should 'build on your strengths' so you could write a list of what you are good at, what you like doing, what are your personality traits etc. and another column of what you don't like doing, are not so good at or are unable to do physically, and go from there.
