They agreed he could see her one day each weekend, but because of her difficulties with eating and communication, it can only be for a few hours at a time. He quite often can't make it for very spurious reasons. She wouldn't try to stop him from having regular contact, but he would object to having to travel and having to stay overnight somewhere.
