We have been with npower since moving in 2 years ago and have been paying around £88 a month by direct debit. The first bill was recieved after 1 year and reveresed about a month later. This keeps happening with every bill and we are now over £1000 in credit!!! I have phoned them several times and have been assured that this will be sorted, but nothing chenges. This months direct debit has not come out at all, feel like just switching suppliers, but i'm worried about how much I owe them and not finding a good supplier. Help!!! sad

If you switch then they will have to sort out your bill. The point is you may just as well face the bill - if there is one - first as last. Check it very carefully though!smile

We have just switched from nPower and our bills will be vastly less. I posted in another thread my email conversation with them, which was a bit of a joke!
