The police say do not talk or confront them.

The stalking helpline says tell them strongly not to once.

I know of three instances of stalking, and the two that comfronted them stopped it.
[the third one isnt resolved yet, [not sure if still ongoing or not]].

I know how I and my friends and family would deal with them. 'nuff said.
