I have been with Plusnet for over 5 years, I do like free phone calls for an hour all day and every day. They do charge over the top if one strays over the hour but if one keeps an eye on the clock, my monthly bills are usually around £14. I have rarely had a problem,

We've just moved our phone line and broadband from BT to Sky. We've had problems with broadband cutting off every evening around 9pm. So much cheaper with Sky however we can only use the land phone after 7pm and at the weekends. No problem to us as we both have mobile phone contracts which suit our situation better.

Personally I'm happy with Virgin.

Oh, sorry. Someone's already flagged that up.

BT owns PlusNet.

My mother in law uses plusnet and never had any issues.

We are with sky and again, no real issues but we also have phone and TV with them.

I would advise plusnet for most people who can't be bothered spending hours researching etc, they are generally very good with good customer care.

TT are Talktalk - not heard anything good about them.
If you join Plusnet and then someone you know joins Plusnet give you a small thankyou rebate on your bill too - the new user gives them your user code when they join up.

We are thinking of going to Plus Net from BT. Who are TT or was it a typo?

Well, I never knew Plusnet was owned by BT.

I have just switched from BT to Plusnet (owned by BT) on a much cheaper deal for unlimited Fibre BB and phone. So far only one little problem solved via online chat in minutes. We are heavy users, sometimes four devices at same time plus son's Xbox, downloads etc.

Ive never had any problems with talk talk...when my contract was up for renewal last year I phoned them and asked if they would do me a deal if I renewed my contract with them and they gave me 6 months at half price...

WE have been with BT for many years, never had any problems that haven't been swiftly sorted. In my role as an IT professional, I get asked to sort problems for friends, TT is top of the list for problems.

My contract with TT ends in a month, they have been a nightmare. Anyone got suggestions who to move to please.
