I'll be there next Wednesday, GranJan60, singing my little heart out in the choir. I hope we have a good turnout and raise the profile of WASPI smile Some sunshine wouldn't go amiss either.

Many of you born in 1950s will know that we will have to wait another 6 years for our State Pension. Not great if you can't work or find another job. You might think there is little you can do individually but Women Against State Pension Inequality are trying to change that and there will be a nationwide demonstration in Parliament Square on 29 June at noon.

We would love you to come and support us-you can find out more on www.waspi.co.uk or on the WASPI Facebook page where you should see some local groups. We are not against equalisation of the State Pension age but the speed and way the changes were made. You don't have to be personally affected but of course this impacts on our husbands, children, grandchildren, caring responsibilities etc. Please help show the Government they can't just push us aside after all those years we worked and paid National Insurance contributing to society.
