Does it state on the decree absolute what the grounds for the petition were ?

It does on my decree nisi (two years separation) but not on the decree absolute. It was over 30 years ago though and things might have changed!

Not on mine either but it was 1988.

From what I remember from DD3, the nisi did and the absolute didn't. But I couldn't swear.

Can you Google it? Are you having a bit of fun again?sad

Having said that, dd knows what the grounds for The Idiot's first divorce were from some paperwork she had. So not sure.

My divorce was in 2007 and it's the same as Ana, mention of two year separation on decree nisi, but nothing on decree absolute.

kitty no more than usual. grin

D doesn't give a flying....... that he's going for adultery. Even though HE has a baby with someone else but was just curious

From what I remember she can argue with the grounds if she doesn't like them, the Idiot did, or even cross petition. But, If she's happy to go ahead, what the hell!!
