Handing over property

I do not want to be a landlord any longer - I have one property and now the local council want me to register, etc, and I do not want the palaver.
So I want to give the house to my daughter and her family.They rent at present.
How do I go about this, please?

Go to a solicitor and let him guide you through it.The process should be relatively simple but there is the capital gains issue and you may need a thorough survey.
