We did have that too gd and they also changed (upgraded) the Stock Brokers bit. We don't actually use the bank account so don't know whether that worked well or not.

I've looked on Twitter which is quite lively with threats of reporting to the Fsa etc etc

Dh spoke to someone again today so we'll see what happens - if anything!!

Is it anything to do with the system outages they have scheduled? We got an email in August.
"We're carrying out work to align with new banking legislation to help strengthen the UK financial system – please read if you frequently use our core banking services".
I presume you will have had that too, kitty.

Didn't think about that. Thanks loopy.

Do you do twitter? Are there any comments on there?

Any one having use this service and are you having a problem with it.

This worked really well (it's one of Dh's hobbies) until they upgraded it about a fortnight ago. Now, neither of us can get onto our accounts. We've rung (umpteen times!) gone into the branch and Dh is currently on hold (ten minutes and counting) to speak to someone else.

We don't have lots of shares but DH likes to invest in New Tech and the timing of buying and selling can be critical when you only have a small amount invested. Probably when you have a lot invested too but I don't worry about those people.

And, the flowers they promised me for the 'inconvenience' haven't arrived.
