Can anyone tell me if the Inheritance Tax limits have been raised yet, googling it, it would appear it hasn't.

The standard limit hasn't changed, but the new Residence Nil Rate Band is effective as from April this year, and will be increased each year for the next few years. Google RNRB for details.
