As I’m a great grandparent, is there anyway I could get Legal Aid in fighting for my great grand daughter? Please and thanks.

You need to ask CAB as it is a complex situation.
There are very few grounds now for legal aid.
Good luck

Good luck indeed Olgaviolet. You need to get advice asap -I actually thought legal aid was abolished.

Legal aid solicitors or CAB will be your best bet to make this application. Good luck.

I worked in a solicitor's office for many years applyig the Legal Aid system.

The rules for eligibility are now very much changed and tightened.

However, for the matters that would still qualify for Legal Aid, I imagine that the two basic criteria still stand 1) that you must be financially eligible, and 2) you must have a case that has a reasonable chance of success.

Yes, CAB is a good idea.
