Maybe Wrong Area, Help please.

My viability assessment was negative. The app Local Authority, hascrefused to re do the test, is there away I can have a private test and how much would it cost going privat?the solicitor isn’t happy with the assessment and is helping me contest it. But with the Local Authority not willing to help, I feel the only way to get a second opinion is privately, but I can’t seem to find any ideas on price. Thanks.
