Our council tax has risen by 4.95% . It’s now £170 per month . It’s really getting out of hand. Our LA is one of the poorest in the country but they can’t expect those who can already, just manage to make ends meet to just keep paying more and more .

I'm in the next county to you annsixty and our CT has gone up by 6% this year. Quite a hike.

I will check properly later ( when I am dressed!!) but I have just googled and on an increased rate of 4:99% a property in band D in Stockport will rise by £77:94p so your increase is quite high.

Our council tax has gone up by £120 this year (Band D) is that about what everyone has experienced.
