Willow I decided that 3 weeks without access was long enough so I have made arrangements to move.

Mine's working but I'm unable to download the statement - it comes out as a huge text file and won't print at all. What a huge c* up!! Feel for all those unable to get any information.

I agree, I had to go to my branch to find out how much money I had in my account. I felt so sorry for the staff especially the manager who had to deal with a queue of folk like me who had no internet access.

I appear to be okay again but I had to start from the beginning, following TSB instructions and changing everything. It is one way to save but I do not recommend it. I was lucky, I had access to money elsewhere but many others did not.

Yep!! I had to go to my local branch to get a statement from my savings account. I really felt for the staff only one of them could get on line!!! The young lass who tried to become looked particularly stressed. After all its not the staff's fault this has happened.

Anyone else out there who banks online with TSB and is going through the nightmare of not having any access?
