Anyone know about this? Bought something recently; poor quality, sent it back immediately. Return postage was £13!! On Martin Lewis website it says under above I’m entitled to postage refund but, so far, no joy!

Newquay, I am sorry, I don't know if the postage you pay for returning a parcel is refundable.
But, I do know that if you pay a 'Postage and Packing' charge for a delivery to you, that is refundable.
I challenged this recently when I had to return something to Dunelm. They had refunded the cost of the item to my account, but only when prompted, did they refund the 'Postage' element .
Was there not a returns label in your purchase, with an invoice?

No there blinking wasn’t and didn’t supply one when I asked either! Moral of tale? Don’t buy from Mail Shop!

Out of the blue a couple of weeks ago, I received a cheque from QVC for £16.44.
The covering letter said that they were reimbursing postage on returned goods.
The items had apparently been returned 2015/2016!
